The C60, 75, 89, 140, 150, 200, 300, and 360 series LGS machines are our standard models, designed specifically for producing wall and roof frames for light steel structures. These machines adopt advanced cold-forming technology to roll galvanized steel or aluminized zinc steel into C-shaped or U-shaped steel, with specifications covering 60-360mm, thickness ranging from 0.7-1.6mm, and steel strength up to G550, meeting the material requirements of various buildings.

1. What is the production efficiency of LGS machines?

High-end LGS machines have very high production efficiency. Taking C-shaped steel production as an example, the production speed of high-quality equipment can reach 450 meters per hour, which is 1.5 times that of ordinary equipment.
